Sein bekanntestes Bild ist vielleicht das in vielen Ländern erschienene Cover zum Roman "Sofies Welt" von Jostein Gaarder, von dem er auch zahlreiche weitere Bücher bebildert hat. In Zusammenarbeit mit Elke Heidenreich sind die Bücher "Nero Corleone", "Nero Corleone kehrt zurück" und "Am Südpol, denkt man, ist es heiß" entstanden.
